Orders are dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days of order confirmation.

We currently ship across India (pan-India delivery).

Shipping is free for all orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (managed through our logistics partner, Shiprocket).

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. Rayak International LLP is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details.

7. Delays

While we work with our logistics partners to meet the stated delivery window, timelines may occasionally be affected by weather, regional restrictions, courier delays, or high order volumes during sales. We will notify you of any significant delay where possible.
