At Yaksha Rituals, every piece is prepared with care, and we want you to receive it exactly as intended. This policy explains how damage claims, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart, shipping address, and product selection carefully before completing checkout.

2. Damaged Products

If your product arrives visibly damaged, broken, or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

3. Reporting a Damage Claim

To report a damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Evidence: You must include clear photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging. Unboxing videos are highly recommended.

Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the damage within 2-3 working days. If approved, we will initiate a free replacement or a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Due to the nature of aromatic and wellness products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Dislike of the scent profile or product preference.

Products that have been opened, lit, or partially used.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Slight variations in the appearance of natural ingredients.

5. Processing Refunds

If your damage claim is approved for a refund instead of a replacement:

The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.

It typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.

If you experience unusual delays, and the refund has not arrived within this window, contact us before raising a damage or refund claim.
